Mr. Mtshisi is the CEO of BSC Resources Ltd. He holds Diploma in Metalliferous Mining and a Certification in Project Management. He has worked for DeBeers and Anglo and has had exposure to a wide variety of commodities, including coal, diamonds, PGM's, gold and base metals.

Rapula Mokua
Financial Director
He has nineteen years experience mainly in the accounting, auditing and consultancy services. He is a qualified Charted Accountant who has held various positions in commerce including senior manager internal audit Eskom, corporate accountant at Rotek Engeneering (Subsidiary of Eskom), Acting Vice Chancellor Finance University of North West, founded Mokua and Associates, Partner PricewaterhouseCoopers, currently an entrepreneur.

David Dodd
Technical Director
He has a M.Sc. with a distinction for his thesis entitled, "Strategies for Ni-sulphide Exploration". The duration of his 15 years experience have been spent in Ni-sulphide and PGE exploration of which ten were with Falconbridge Ventures of Africa. His responsibilities at BSC include designing and implementing work programmes for BSC exploration projects, compiling and reporting on results as well as the identification of new projects.
